They're a UK company, so it won't be super fast. I'd say plan for 1-2 weeks, maybe a bit more if customs gets slow. I've ordered a few times to Texas and it's usually around there.

Usually, those first-order codes exclude sale or clearance items. That's been my experience with other stores, and I think BGS is similar. Read the fine print of the email.
